Christopher West is a renowned and best-selling author on St. Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body. He's written numerous books and has spoken around the world on love, sex, and the meaning of life. Christopher runs Cor Project. Their mission is "to equip men and women to learn, live, and share the beauty of the divine plan for human life, love, and sexuality in a new evangelization."

INTO THE DEEP

Are you looking for an outdoors retreat on Theology of the Body? Into the Deep offers just that. They explain their mission as "facilitating true understanding of our identity, reason for being, and dignity as body-soul persons made in theimage of God.  In a nutshell, we want every person to be able to answer the question, “who am I and why am I here?”

RICH GIFT OF LOVE

If you're not a theologian and you're not familiar with Theology of the Body, this is for you. Sr. Jane created an easy to digest video series on Theology of the Body. She tackles topics such as the true meaning of human sexuality, the reality of families today, the type of family everyone dreams of, and masculinity and femininity. Each video is roughly 20-30 minutes long.
