A Podcast for People Like Us, By People Like Us

  • “Your ministry has literally saved my life. Your podcast has been more effective than 30 years of counseling. Nothing worked until I found Restored. Finally, people who understood how I felt and gave this pain a voice.”

    Jessica, USA

  • “I shared an episode on Facebook today. About two hours later, a lady posted that she listened to the podcast and finally, after 20 years since her parents’ divorce, just made an appointment for counseling. Bam!”

    Anne, USA

  • “Finally, a podcast that helps me understand why my parents’ divorce when I was 5 affected me so much! Joey’s voice is beautiful, his guests articulate and every episode helps me heal. I normally avoid religious content, but this show is so focused on felt experience that it doesn’t come across “religious” at all. Major props for that. Thank you Joey!"

    Versatile, USA

  • “I’m not religious so some ideas discussed here are new to me, yet I’ve gotten so much out of this podcast. I breathe easier listening to Joey discuss a lot of the common feelings adult children of divorce experience."

    Emma, USA

  • "I absolutely love the podcast. It seriously feels like it's a life-hack listening to it. It helps so much. I am not particularly religious, though that doesn't mean I'm not open minded, it's more of a habit developed from years of being angry at whatever divine being is out there. This podcast and everything you're doing is extremely helpful to anyone, religious or not, who is struggling with their broken family. I hope you make 1000 more episodes on your podcast because that's what really made me realize that all the weird stuff I've been through isn't abnormal for someone in our position, which is beyond healing. Keep doing what you're doing, you really are making a significant positive impact on peoples’ lives!"
